About the Blended Mobility in Poland

Intercultural Communication: FEIO, composed of professionals in the field of non formal learning and intercultural education, with expertise in the most relevant areas of today’s interplay among different cultural identities ( media, human rights, marketing, public relations etc.). Their trainers organise workshops teaching adult learners and adult educators how to overcome cultural barriers for an effective and inclusive communication, in the context of internships and international educational projects. The identification of these lacks (in the existing educational offer) and opportunities (brought about by the complementary interaction of partners' areas of expertise) provided the stimulus for the elaboration of this proposal.
